2010-1 -resolution approving the salaries for employees and officers with the City of Hot Springs for the year 2010 in accordance to South Dakota Compiled Law 6-1-10.

2010-2- resolution designating Bank of the West, First Interstate Bank and Wells Fargo Bank as the depositories for the funds of the municipality of Hot Springs, South Dakota and approving the Hot Springs Star as the official newspaper for the City for the year 2010

2010-3-Resolution authorizing and directing the Finance Officer to make the following transfers from the General Fund Contingency Account in the Appropriation Ordinance for 2009 according to SDCL 9-21-25.1

Peter Jenniges, Golf Course, season ended, on December 5, 2009; Barbara Benson, Water Department, Grade 9, from $13.56/hr to $13.83/hr on January 1; Andrew Borah, Wastewater, Class I Certified, from $10.17 to $12.18/hr on January 12; Tadd Harder, Water Maintenance II, 3-year grade increase from $11.98/hr to $12.95/hr on January 20; Grant Hamaker, Streets Maintenance III, 3-year grade increase from $12.50/hr to $13.10/hr on January 20; and Timothy Tescher, Assistant Water, 3-year grade increase from $15.34/hr to $15.91/hr on January 23
