Set a hearing date for November 16 at 7:10 p.m. on the application of Richard and Jacqueline Gericke for an on-off sale malt beverage license at Mi Cocina, 445 North River

Motion to set a hearing date on December 7, at 7:15 p.m. for the renewal of the liquor and wine licenses for the year 2010.

Motion to set a bid opening on December 7, at 7:30 p.m. for a new 2009/2010 Model Compact Loader

Request from James Sowards punch card replacement and request for $12.19 refund for hauling of his trash to MRF.
Resolutions:
2009-31- resolution approving the surplus of tables at the Mueller Center.
2009-32-resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Application and all necessary paperwork related to grant.

New Business:
Report on Happy Hollow Project-Public Works Engineer

Request from Christmas in the Hills/Calvary Baptist Church for the proposed use of Centennial Park and the adjacent parking lot for the Living Nativity with snow removal from parking lot, electric supply, and possible traffic control.

Approve the Mayor to sign an agreement with U. S. Geological Survey, for a joint funding agreement for participation in operation of streamflow gaging station 06402000 for water resources investigations with the City’s share being $3,550.00.

Fall River County accepted the low bid MG Oil for 8,000 gallons of unleaded gas at $2.17/gallon

Motion to allow City Employees to be involved with the Blood Drive with the County on November 5-Councilwoman Hamaker

Motion to approve the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve as days off for full time permanent City employees according to the personnel manual.
