New Business:
Request from the Hot Springs Rotary Club to sell malt beverages during the Arts & Crafts Festival activities in Centennial Park on June 26-June 28.

Request from the Hot Springs Rotary Club to sell malt beverages on July 3 and July 4 for the 4th of July activities which will include dance at the Centennial Park and barbeque at the Mueller Center.

Motion to authorize the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign the Allonge for Attachment to Note with First Western Bank in regards to the loan for the library and authorize the payment of $50,000.00 and interest on the loan.

Motion to accept quote from M & M Fencing for $5,860.00 to install fencing along portions of the Cold Brook Flood Channel, item qualifies as part of the City’s matching contribution to the project.

Motion to approve either Option 1 or Option 2 with Black Hills Power and Light to bury the overhead power lines on Hamilton street.

Motion to set a bid opening for the construction of the Highway 385 Road Repair project on July 20, at 7:30 p.m.

Motion to authorize the Mayor to sign the Award of Allocation for Historical Preservation Project No. SD-09-017 agreement.
